OUR 4 TRACKS

BEGINNER TRACK
Our BEGINNER HyroxTraining Plan is specially designed for individuals who are committed to making consistent progress by training three times a week, with each session lasting just one hour.
You need access to essential equipment such as barbells, dumbbells, resistance bands, a rower, and a ski erg.

This is a low-entry program, it’s perfect for anyone—regardless of prior experience—who wants to build strength, endurance, and confidence step by step. Over the course of 12 weeks, you'll be guided through a structured HYROX training plan that gradually enhances your fitness levels, prepares you for race day, and helps you achieve your personal best.

PRO TRACK
Our PRO (Intermediate) Hyrox Training Plan is designed for people looking to take their performance to the next level. This program is structured for those who can commit to training four times a week, with sessions lasting 60 to 90 minutes.
You need access to a barbell, dumbbells, resistance bands, rower, and ski erg, you'll focus on building strength, endurance, and functional fitness to prepare for competition.

​Ideal for individuals with a solid foundation in compound lifts and the stamina to run longer distances at varied paces and intensities, this plan combines rigorous strength development with endurance training.
Prepare to accelerate toward your Hyrox goals with a strategic, high-impact training regimen designed to transform your capabilities and unleash your competitive edge.

TRIDENT TRACK
Our Trident Hyrox Training Plan is designed for experienced athletes who balance training with a full time job and limited time. Each session is approx. 70-100 minutes, five times a week.
This program delivers intense, targeted training to maximize your performance.
You’ll need access to a barbell, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, rower, and ski erg. A solid understanding of all compound movements, a strong strength foundation, and extensive running experience are essential to fully benefit from this advanced program.

Our TRIDENT track is for individuals who really want to push the boundaries of training. You will PR on this track and start setting new benchmarks for yourself as a result

BESPOKE TRAINING PLAN
Our bespoke plan is for individuals who are striving to compete at the highest levels of Hyrox. Not only qualifying for worlds but looking to place competitively within the rankings.

12 WEEK PLAN DELIVERED VIA FITR APP
All our 12 week plans and bespoke plans are delivered via the FITR app.
​
Each plan has videos attached of each movement with a brief of paces or reps that you are required to complete.

The app is free to download and once purchased your training will be delivered via the app.
